Peterson Family Office Ltd is an Ireland-based family-office entity. It operates as a private investment and advisory firm supporting global wealth-holding families, delivering discreet asset management, strategic consulting, and bespoke financial services across jurisdictions. We are currently seeking an experienced Education Consultant to join our team and play a key role in designing and implementing educational initiatives, developing client learning strategies, and supporting the professional development of high-net-worth clients and their families across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement tailored educational programmes and initiatives that enhance client knowledge, support professional growth, and align with the firm’s advisory and investment services, ensuring learning solutions meet the needs of high-net-worth clients across multiple jurisdictions.
Conduct comprehensive research on global educational trends, learning methodologies, and best practices, producing detailed reports, presentations, and actionable recommendations to inform and optimise the firm’s learning and development strategies.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including investment, client-services, and legal departments—and external partners to design, coordinate, and deliver high-quality educational experiences, workshops, and client engagement initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of educational initiatives by tracking participation, learning outcomes, and client satisfaction, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to continuously improve programme impact.
Identify and implement process improvements, refine educational workflows, and contribute to the creation of strategic long-term learning plans that align with the firm’s objectives, enhance client engagement, and support sustainable growth.
