Business Development Manager

It operates as a private investment and advisory firm supporting global wealth-holding families, delivering discreet asset management, strategic consulting, and bespoke financial services across jurisdictions. We are currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager professional to join our team and drive growth initiatives, build strong client relationships, and support the expansion of our advisory and investment services across international markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and client relationships to drive growth of the firm’s advisory, investment, and wealth management services across Ireland and international markets.
Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking to provide actionable insights, develop tailored business proposals, and support senior management in strategic decision-making.
Collaborate closely with internal teams—including investment, client-services, legal, and compliance departments—and external partners to coordinate business development projects, client engagements, and strategic initiatives.
Monitor key business performance indicators, track progress of development initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations to optimise client acquisition, strengthen relationships, and maximise revenue generation.
Recommend process improvements, streamline business development workflows, and contribute to the creation of long-term growth strategies that align with the firm’s objectives and support sustainable business expansion.
